[Sneak Peak] ERDivaLook: What is it?

Hot on the heals of DirectToiPhone’s “XHTML Look” comes its big brother less boringly named “Diva Look” for the full grown Web - not specifically for the iPhone.

It sticks to the same principles of a presentation-less XHTML markup for the pages and instead relies heavily on CSS to display images, positioning, fonts and colors.

It was inspired by www.csszengarden.com.
And it shows.

Coupled with DirectToWeb, ERDivaLook, as it is formally known, is a single look that can be skinned.

Here you will find examples of 4 such “skins”:

In fact, two designers from CSS Zen Garden (Eduardo Cesario) and (Shawn Chin) produced two of their designs for an early prototype. One of whom posted some screenshots of his design/skin “Organica”
